Order & Delivery Timelines
Orders are processed within 3-5 working days. It takes us longer because we do small batch manufacturing and made-to-order. If you've placed a custom or personalised order, it may take a little longer typically 5-7 working days.
Once shipped, delivery within India usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location. For international orders, please allow 10–15 working days.
Yes! As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, PayPal, Stripe and select digital wallets like Google Pay, Apple Pay, and UPI.
Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid for a seamless, secure experience.
Custom Orders
Absolutely! We love personalising pieces for your unique space. Reach out to us via our Custom Order Form or email us at info@arthlinen.com with your requirements.
For minor tweaks (like size adjustments), there’s no minimum. For custom weaves or bulk gifting, we typically start at 10 pieces.
Since custom orders are made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns unless there’s a quality issue or damage during delivery.
Fabric Care
Both hemp and bamboo are durable, natural fibres but deserve gentle handling:
- Machine wash cold, on a delicate cycle
- Use mild detergent (no bleach)
- Air dry when possible or tumble dry low
- Iron on low setting if needed
All natural fabrics shrink (3–5%) in their first wash, that’s why at Arth Linen, we provide pre-washed products so that, so your linens stay true to fit from day 1.
Return Eligibility
You can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Sale/discounted items
- Products used or washed
