Returns and Exchanges are accepted for:
- Unused, unwashed items in their original packaging and condition
- Items with genuine quality concerns or manufacturing defects
Not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Washed, worn, or used items
- Items purchased on sale or part of promotional offers
Returns accepted for:
- Unused items in original condition
- Items with quality or manufacturing defects
Please note: Personalised items, washed items, and products bought during sale cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To make a return or exchange, simply:
- Visit your Order Details page on our website
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- Submit a return request, stating the reason for your return or exchange
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive further instructions from our team to complete the process.
We recommend keeping the product in its original packaging until your return is confirmed.
